Love at Heights.. Legal Action Taken

In a shocking incident, a couple performed a dangerous stunt to mark their love by climbing to the top of the Empire State Building in New York City and getting engaged. The video of their risky act, now widely circulating online, has gone viral and led to legal consequences for the pair. Authorities confirmed that the couple was taken into custody shortly after descending from the building.

The couple, identified as Russian nationals Ivan and Angela Nikolov, reportedly climbed to a height of around 443 meters, where Ivan proposed to Angela. They remained at the top for nearly 10 minutes, displaying a black banner with a message promoting peace over power. Their act, inspired by the film Skywalkers A Love Story (2024), drew widespread attention for its extreme risk. Police arrested them upon their return to ground level, citing safety violations. The couple currently resides in New Jersey.
