Landslide on Vizag KK Line.. Train Services Disrupted

A landslide on the Visakhapatnam–Kirandul (KK) railway line has disrupted train operations. Rocks and debris fell on the track between Chatraput and Maligura stations, affecting the movement of trains. Railway personnel have begun clearing the debris and are monitoring the situation while taking steps to restore normal train services.

Following the incident, passenger trains operating between Visakhapatnam and Jagdalpur have been cancelled for tomorrow and the following day, railway officials said. Passengers have been advised to check the latest train status before travelling. Restoration work is underway, and normal services are expected to resume after the track is cleared and made safe.
