

Aster DM Quality Care, a subsidiary of KIMS Healthcare Management Limited, has announced plans to invest ₹134.4 crore to expand its hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The company’s board has approved the construction of a new block as part of the expansion project. The initiative is aimed at strengthening healthcare infrastructure and expanding the hospital’s capacity to meet growing demand for medical services in the region.
The new block will add 184 beds to the hospital, increasing its total capacity from the current 795 beds to 979 beds. The company expects to complete the expansion project by May 2028. The investment is expected to enhance the hospital’s infrastructure and support the delivery of a wider range of healthcare services to patients.
