Key RSS Meetings Begin in Visakhapatnam

The RSS All India Coordination Meeting began on Wednesday morning at Vignana Vihar School in Gurulova near Visakhapatnam. RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale inaugurated the meeting by offering floral tributes to Bharat Mata. The annual meeting will continue until the evening of August 21, with senior RSS functionaries and national-level representatives of various affiliated organisations taking part.

Representatives from 32 organisations working under the RSS’s broader inspiration are participating in the meeting. Organisers said a total of 327 delegates are expected to attend, including 253 key functionaries from various organisations, among them 49 women. Discussions during the three day meeting are expected to focus on the activities of different organisations, current social developments, initiatives being undertaken in various fields and future plans.
