

A major development has emerged in the NEET UG paper leak case, with the CBI filing a nearly 20,000-page chargesheet against 13 accused. The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has taken cognisance of the chargesheet. Arguments on framing charges against the accused are scheduled to take place tomorrow. The CBI has alleged that three subject experts associated with the National Testing Agency were involved in leaking the question paper.
The chargesheet reportedly contains statements from 360 witnesses, 422 documents and 43 key pieces of evidence. The investigating agency has presented details regarding the alleged role of the accused, the manner in which the question paper was leaked and the evidence collected during the investigation. The upcoming hearing on framing charges is expected to be significant in the case.
