A political controversy has erupted after former Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani lodged a complaint with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, alleging a major land encroachment involving MP Kesineni Chinni's family-linked benami company. According to the complaint, an attempt was made to encroach upon 112.72 acres of government land allocated for the TGIIC IT Park at Shamshiguda. Kesineni Nani also alleged that crucial directions issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) were concealed, resulting in the Supreme Court being misled during legal proceedings.

In his complaint, Kesineni Nani urged the Telangana government to initiate immediate action by removing the alleged encroachments through HYDRAA and registering criminal cases against those responsible. He claimed that government land was being illegally targeted and sought a detailed investigation into the matter. The allegations have sparked political discussion, while official responses from the concerned authorities and the accused are awaited.
