Kejriwal Promises E20 Petrol Ban in Goa

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal has promised to ban the sale of E20 petrol in Goa within five days if his party comes to power in the state. He said that if the AAP government is formed after March 10, 2027, the sale of ethanol-blended petrol would be prohibited within five days. Kejriwal also vowed to quit politics if the promise is not fulfilled.

Kejriwal claimed that E20 petrol is causing difficulties for people by affecting vehicle engines and alleged that it is also contributing to higher sugar prices. The Aam Aadmi Party has launched a nationwide campaign against E20 petrol, making the issue a key part of its political outreach.
