Kanipakam Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Temple, one of Andhra Pradesh’s most popular pilgrimage destinations, is set to receive a major infrastructure upgrade. Authorities have initiated plans to construct a modern queue complex at an estimated cost of ₹23 crore to improve facilities for devotees.
The temple witnesses around 10,000 to 15,000 devotees on regular days, while the number rises to nearly 15,000 to 20,000 during weekends and holidays. The new queue complex is expected to ease congestion, improve crowd management, and provide a safer and more comfortable darshan experience for pilgrims.
