Kamal Haasan meets Tamil Nadu CM Vijay

Actor Kamal Haasan met the newly elected Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay in a courtesy visit. He conveyed his heartfelt congratulations on assuming office. Kamal also shared pictures of the meeting on the social media platform X.

During the interaction, Kamal Haasan said that CM Vijay shared his vision and ideas for the development of Tamil Nadu. He appreciated Vijay’s humility and affectionate nature, which left a positive impression on him. Kamal also raised concerns regarding the challenges faced by the Tamil film industry.

He emphasized the need for government support for the growth of the film industry and placed six key demands before the Chief Minister. However, he did not disclose the details of those demands. Kamal also presented the book “Gandhi Before India” along with another book to CM Vijay during the meeting.
