Jharkhand Minister Sudivya Kumar Sonu Dies of Heart Attack

Jharkhand witnessed a tragic loss as state Tourism, Higher Technical Education and Urban Development Minister and senior JMM leader Sudivya Kumar Sonu died of a heart attack this morning. Sonu, who represented the Giridih Assembly constituency, was first elected as an MLA in 2019 and retained the seat in the 2024 elections.

His sudden death has left JMM leaders and party workers in shock. Party members expressed grief over the loss of a dedicated leader who worked tirelessly for the organisation, describing his passing as an irreparable loss to the party.
