Japan's Prime Minister Sunaye Takayichi is scheduled to make her first official visit to India from July 1 to July 3. The visit is expected to further strengthen the long-standing strategic partnership between India and Japan, with both nations likely to discuss cooperation in trade, technology, infrastructure, defence, and regional security.
During her visit, Prime Minister Takayichi will participate in the 16th India–Japan Annual Summit, where bilateral ties and future collaborations are expected to be key agenda items. The summit is anticipated to reinforce cooperation across multiple sectors and deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
