Jana Sena’s New Plan for Local Elections

Jana Sena Party president and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has decided to appoint new committees for coordination and monitoring across parliamentary constituencies for the upcoming local body elections. The party office issued a statement announcing the organisational changes.

The party said that the previously appointed coordinators, three-member coordination committees and their support teams will no longer remain valid. The 25-member parliamentary constituency committees have also been dissolved. However, the five-member state-level coordination committee and the campaign committees formed recently for the local elections will continue to function. Pawan Kalyan will appoint the new committees soon.
