International recognition for ISRO for the success of Chandrayaan-3 mission

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has been awarded the prestigious Goddard Astronautics Award for its successful Chandrayaan-3 mission to the Moon. The award was presented by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) in recognition of ISRO’s landmark achievement in lunar exploration.

India’s Ambassador to the United States, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, received the award on behalf of ISRO. The recognition highlights India’s growing capabilities in space exploration and its successful advancements in lunar missions, marking another milestone for the country’s space program.
