Identify Land for Indiramma Towers, Ponguleti Directs Officials

Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has directed officials to identify land on a war footing for the construction of Indiramma Towers. He held a review meeting with the Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Medchal district collectors and senior officials on the construction of Indiramma Towers and double-bedroom houses under the CUR area. The minister said that one lakh Indiramma flats would be constructed in three phases within the CUR limits. He instructed officials to identify suitable land for the second and third phases as well, ensuring that the construction process can move forward without delays.

Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy directed officials to complete the selection of beneficiaries for Indiramma housing by the end of this month. He stressed that the selection process must be transparent and that eligible applicants should be given a fair opportunity. He also instructed officials to livestream the lottery-based selection process on YouTube to ensure transparency and public trust. The minister emphasised the need for officials to take all necessary steps to make the beneficiary selection process fair and accountable.
