I Did Not Flee After the Accident.. I Took Bharathi Mukhi to Hospital - Lingamaneni Sanjush

Lingamaneni Sanjush, who was driving the vehicle involved in the road accident on August 16, has issued a statement explaining his version of events. He said he did not flee the spot after the accident and immediately took injured Bharathi Mukhi to a hospital in his vehicle to ensure she received medical assistance. He said he made every possible effort to help her, but Bharathi Mukhi unfortunately died while undergoing treatment.

Sanjush said he later went to the police station on his own and provided officials with details of the incident. He stated that he has been fully cooperating with the investigation. According to him, police conducted a breath analyser test, urine test and blood test following the accident, and all three returned negative results. He expressed full faith in the police investigation and the country’s legal system, saying he believes the facts will emerge through the probe.
