Hyderabad Metro Online Ticketing Faces Another Glitch

Hyderabad Metro passengers reportedly faced difficulties after online ticketing services were disrupted. Passengers who had booked tickets online encountered problems at entry and exit gates, with scanners reportedly not functioning properly. The situation led to queues at some metro stations, causing inconvenience to commuters.

L&T Metro officials, however, clarified that there was no technical problem with the metro services and that operations were running smoothly. According to the officials, there was no major issue at the metro stations. They stated that entry and exit gates at LB Nagar Metro Station opened with some delay due to heavy passenger congestion.
