Hyderabad’s premium real estate market is witnessing another major milestone as 11.38 acres of prime land in Raheja Knowledge City, Rayadurgam, is set to go under the hammer. Located close to the iconic ITC Kohenur, the land parcels have attracted strong interest during the pre-bid stage from several leading corporate and real estate giants.

The Rayadurgam financial district has emerged as one of the most sought-after commercial hubs in Hyderabad due to the rapid expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and multinational technology firms. Land prices in the same locality had previously touched an astounding ₹177 crore per acre, and industry experts believe the upcoming auction could push prices close to ₹200 crore per acre, setting a new benchmark for India’s commercial real estate sector.
