The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is preparing to conduct a major e-auction for premium plots and land parcels across Hyderabad. The authority plans to auction 100 plots in Mokila and 68 plots in Medipally. In addition, an 8.24-acre prime land parcel located at Hakimpet near MLA Colony in Shaikpet has also been put up for sale, attracting strong interest from the real estate sector.
According to reports, the upset price for the Hakimpet land has been fixed at ₹99 crore per acre. HMDA is expecting to generate more than ₹2,500 crore in revenue through these auctions. The e-auctions will be conducted through the MSTC platform starting from June 17, creating significant buzz in Hyderabad’s real estate market.
