HMDA Pre-Bid Meeting Held at T-Hub..

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) conducted a pre-bid meeting at T-Hub in Hyderabad ahead of the e-auctions of premium land parcels in Neopolis, Golden Mile and Saroornagar. Leading real estate developers, companies and investors attended the meeting and discussed details of the auction process, land parcels and applicable guidelines with the officials. The meeting provided prospective bidders with an opportunity to seek clarifications before participating in the auctions.

HMDA officials announced that the e-auction for a 4,356-square-yard Saroornagar layout will be held on September 7. On September 9, e-auctions will be conducted for a 4.59-acre Neopolis layout and a 0.70-acre Golden Mile layout. The premium land parcels have attracted interest from developers, real estate companies and investors, with the pre-bid meeting aimed at ensuring clarity on the auction process and requirements.
