The flood inflow into the Jurala Reservoir has declined, with the project currently receiving around 34,000 cusecs of water. Authorities are releasing 31,000 cusecs into the Srisailam Reservoir through hydropower generation. The full reservoir level of Jurala is 318.51 metres, while the current water level stands at 318.24 metres.
The Jurala project has a full storage capacity of 9.65 TMC, with the current storage at 9.09 TMC. Despite the decline in inflows, the reservoir continues to hold a substantial quantity of water, while releases towards Srisailam are continuing.
