Heavy Traffic Jam on Srisailam Ghat Road

A heavy traffic jam has been reported on the Srisailam ghat road as a large number of devotees arrive at the shrine amid consecutive holidays. Vehicles are moving slowly due to the heavy influx of devotees. Traffic has been disrupted from Sakshi Ganapathi to Hatakeshwaram and from the main entrance towards Sundipenta.

Vehicles have been stranded for several kilometres, causing inconvenience to devotees. The rush at the Srisailam temple has also increased, with devotees currently having to wait around two hours for darshan of the presiding deities.
