Heavy Rains in Araku...

Heavy rains in Araku Valley have caused damage to residential property, with a house collapsing in Karasalaguda village under Pedalabudu panchayat. The affected house belongs to Pujari Gopi, son of Dombu. The incident occurred amid heavy rainfall in the region.

After receiving information about the incident, Araku Valley MRO Sridhar Raju visited the affected location and met the family members. He assured them that the details of the damage would be brought to the government’s attention and that efforts would be made to facilitate compensation as per the applicable relief measures. Pedalabudu Panchayat Village Committee Vice-President Pujari Lakshmipathi was also present during the visit.
