

Heavy rain has disrupted normal life across several parts of Delhi-NCR. Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad witnessed intense rainfall, following which a red alert was issued in Delhi amid concerns over further weather-related disruptions.
The heavy downpour also affected flight operations at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. A total of 14 flights were diverted from the airport due to the adverse weather conditions. Eleven flights were diverted to Jaipur Airport, while two were sent to Chandigarh Airport and one flight was diverted to Lucknow Airport.
The flight diversions have caused considerable inconvenience to passengers, with changes to scheduled arrivals and departures. Airport operations are being affected by the prevailing weather conditions, and passengers have been advised to stay updated on their flight status before travelling to the airport.
