Heavy Devotee Rush Prompts Key Darshan Decision at Temple

The Srisailam Devasthanam in Nandyal district has announced a temporary suspension of VIP Break (Sparsha) Darshan from tomorrow until Monday. The decision was taken in anticipation of a significant increase in pilgrim footfall due to the ongoing summer holidays and weekend rush. During this period, devotees will be permitted only for the regular Alankara Darshan of the presiding deity.

Temple authorities clarified that devotees who have already secured Sparsha Darshan tickets through the online booking system will be allowed to continue their darshan as scheduled. Executive Officer Srinivasa Rao urged devotees to take note of the revised arrangements and cooperate with the temple administration to ensure smooth crowd management.
