

The annual Brahmotsavams of Swayambhu Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Swamy at Kanipakam in Chittoor district are being celebrated with great religious fervour. As part of the festivities, the Kalpavriksha Vahana Seva was conducted in a grand manner amid the devotion of devotees. The Swamy’s village procession was organised through the streets of Kanipakam under the supervision of temple staff, priests and Vedic scholars.
The procession witnessed traditional music, Kolatam performances, Kerala-style percussion instruments and Thappetagullu artists, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the event. Various traditional art forms attracted devotees who gathered in large numbers to witness the vahana seva, giving the streets of Kanipakam a vibrant spiritual ambience. Temple Executive Officer Penchala Kishore, AEOs, temple officials, staff, priests, Vedic scholars and donors participated in the event.
