

State Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana said the government has prepared special plans to develop Kailasagiri in Visakhapatnam as a major tourism hub. On Saturday, he inaugurated a 65-foot-tall Trishul and Damarukam built at a cost of ₹2.5 crore on Kailasagiri hill. Minister Kondapalli Srinivas, MPs, and MLAs also participated in the event.
Minister Narayana stated that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is giving top priority to the tourism sector. He said tourism development would increase state revenue and create more employment opportunities. Leaders also mentioned that a special master plan is being prepared for Kailasagiri and that the newly constructed Trishul would become a major attraction for tourists.
