Good News for Workers from the Telangana Government

The Telangana government has announced a major relief for workers by increasing minimum wages across different labor categories. The government classified workers into four groups based on skill levels and revised salaries to improve worker welfare and financial security.

According to the revised structure, minimum wages for unskilled workers have been increased from ₹12,000 to ₹16,000. Semi-skilled workers will now receive salaries between ₹13,000 and ₹15,000, while skilled workers’ wages have been raised from ₹17,000 to ₹18,000. The move is expected to benefit thousands of laborers across industries in the state.
