Good News for Parents and Students.. Online Complaints Against Private Schools

The Telangana government has introduced the Private Schools Complaint Management System (PSCMS) to enable parents and students to submit complaints against private schools online. The new system allows users to register complaints conveniently through an online platform. Users can log in with their mobile numbers and complete verification through a one-time password (OTP) before submitting their complaints.

A grievance tracking mechanism has also been incorporated into the system, allowing complainants to track the status of their grievances online. The initiative aims to make the complaint-handling process related to private schools more transparent and accountable while providing parents and students with an easier mechanism to raise and monitor their concerns.
