Apple is set to establish a state-of-the-art Experience Centre in Hyderabad, marking a significant expansion of its footprint in India. The facility is being developed near T-Hub and will initially occupy around 40,000 square feet. The centre is expected to be operational and open to customers by the Dasara festival season.
In addition to customer experience services, the facility will house service operations, a call centre, and backend support functions. Apple is reportedly planning to transform the centre into a Global Capability Centre (GCC), strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a major technology and innovation hub. The overall building is expected to span nearly 300,000 square feet, creating new opportunities in the city's growing IT ecosystem.
