Fuel Crisis Pushes HDFC Bank Towards Hybrid Work Model!

Amid concerns over the global crude oil crisis and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for fuel conservation, HDFC Bank has announced a two-day work from home policy for select employees. The hybrid work arrangement will apply to non-customer-facing departments such as treasury operations, digital banking, HR and finance accounts.

The bank stated that the policy comes into immediate effect and will be implemented on a trial basis for one month. HDFC clarified that customer services and branch operations will continue normally without any disruption, while the company reviews the effectiveness of the new working model.
