Andhra Pradesh may face another spell of severe weather as a fresh low-pressure system is expected to form over the Bay of Bengal tomorrow. According to preliminary forecasts, the system could intensify into a depression and may further strengthen into a cyclonic storm, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has indicated. Initial projections suggest that the system could cross the coast near Kakinada around October 28, although its movement and intensity will need to be monitored as the weather system develops.
The developing system is expected to bring rainfall to parts of Andhra Pradesh from tomorrow. The intensity and distribution of the rain, along with the system’s track and potential landfall, will become clearer with updated forecasts. Residents, particularly those in coastal areas, are advised to follow official IMD bulletins and comply with instructions issued by local authorities.
