Fresh Irregularities Alleged in Kedarnath Temple Funds

The Uttarakhand government has ordered disciplinary proceedings against a former manager, an in-charge officer and a former Chief Executive Officer over alleged irregularities in the utilisation of Kedarnath Temple funds. According to the allegations, funds were released for VIP accommodation and hospitality, including meals, in violation of established financial norms and administrative procedures.

Meanwhile, former CEO Pramod has approached the Uttarakhand High Court, challenging both his suspension and the FIR registered against him. The government has initiated action as part of its inquiry into the alleged financial irregularities, while the legal proceedings are expected to determine the validity of the disciplinary measures.
