Fresh Case Against Revanna.. Jail Raid

A fresh controversy has emerged involving former Karnataka MP Prajwal Revanna at Bengaluru’s Parappana Agrahara Central Prison. Revanna, who is serving a life sentence in a rape case, came under scrutiny after allegations of VIP treatment inside the prison. Central Crime Branch (CCB) officials conducted a surprise search, during which an Android mobile phone was reportedly found in his barrack.

The search also reportedly led to the seizure of a pen drive and charger. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into how prohibited electronic devices reached the prison. Reports also said that disciplinary action, including the suspension of a prison official, has been taken following the incident.
