

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu attended the foundation stone ceremony of the Bollineni Institute of Skill, Education and Research at Nidamarru in Amaravati. Speaking at the event, he said that KIMS Hospital, which started on a small scale, has now grown into a massive institution worth thousands of crores. He emphasized that entrepreneurs play a key role in creating wealth and development for the state and the country. Chandrababu stated that Amaravati needs more industries, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations to emerge as a major development center. He also recalled how Hyderabad transformed into a medical hub over the years.
The Chief Minister announced that a medical college will be developed across 23 acres, while a skill university will be established on 2 acres in Amaravati. A 500 bed super specialty hospital, medical and non medical courses, and large scale training programs are expected to create thousands of opportunities for youth. He pointed out that there is huge global demand for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and technicians. Chandrababu also said that even doctors now need to learn AI to stay updated in the medical field. He urged the institutions to complete the hospital and university construction by 2027 and stressed that the government’s aim is to generate large scale employment and investments in the state.
