Fake Silver Offerings!

A shocking issue has come to light regarding silver offerings made by devotees at the famous Mata Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu. Reports indicate that out of nearly 20 tonnes of silver donated by devotees, only around 50 percent was found to be genuine silver. The remaining material contained other metals instead of pure silver.

During the inspection, officials reportedly detected metals such as cadmium and iron in the fake silver offerings. As the matter is linked to devotees’ faith and temple donations, authorities have initiated further verification and are likely to take strict measures to ensure the authenticity of future offerings.
