

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan announced that the state aims to produce 2.5 crore seed balls by the 15th of this month as part of a major environmental initiative. He stated that each seed ball has the potential to grow into a tree, contributing significantly to ecological balance. The Deputy CM participated in World Environment Day celebrations held at Butterfly Park in Mulapadu, NTR district, where he also prepared seed balls along with students.
Highlighting the importance of afforestation, Pawan Kalyan said that every tree plays a vital role in protecting the Earth from climate change. He explained that seed balls would be dispersed across forests, hilly regions, and riverbanks, including inaccessible areas with the help of drones. He urged citizens to actively participate in planting and protecting trees, emphasizing that nurturing plants is as important as planting them. Local MLA Vasantha Krishna Prasad and other public representatives attended the event.
