Effective Leadership Can Solve Problems: CM Chandrababu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed the Leadership Conclave held at the TDP central office in Mangalagiri. He said the conclave was being organised for the first time and asserted that leadership was synonymous with the Telugu Desam Party. Recalling his experience in resolving several issues and implementing development programmes, Chandrababu said he derived the greatest satisfaction from finding solutions to water-related problems. He stressed that effective leadership was essential to resolve issues and deliver justice to people. Leaders should understand the present and anticipate the future, he said. Chandrababu alleged that the previous government had put the state on a ventilator and damaged its systems. He said the alliance with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan was formed for the reconstruction of Andhra Pradesh and that people had given the alliance an unprecedented mandate. The government, he said, was balancing development, welfare and good governance while implementing the Swarnandhra Vision-2047 and preparing vision plans for districts and constituencies.

Chandrababu said education and healthcare were being given high priority, while welfare programmes such as pensions, Thalliki Vandanam, Annadata Sukhibhava and Anna Canteens were being implemented. He said teacher recruitment had been taken up through Mega DSC and plans were being prepared for the balanced development of all three regions. Polavaram and Amaravati would be completed within the stipulated timelines, he said. The government was attracting investments through 28 new policies and facilitating industrial projects. He highlighted the Bhogapuram International Airport and new investments in North Andhra, including data centres and industrial projects. Amaravati was being developed as a Quantum Knowledge Hub, while Rayalaseema would be transformed into a horticulture hub, he said. Chandrababu also highlighted the use of technology in governance, including 1,100 services through WhatsApp, and measures to resolve long-pending land disputes. He said QR code and blockchain technology were being used to improve land security and that the government was addressing 22A land issues and other long-standing disputes.
