ED Takes Key Action in TTD Adulterated Ghee Case

Amaravati: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken action in the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) adulterated ghee case by attaching assets linked to Bhole Baba Dairy and Sri Vaishnavi Dairy. The agency has attached properties valued at approximately ₹130 crore as part of its investigation into the alleged supply of chemically adulterated ghee to TTD.

According to the allegations, Bhole Baba Dairy supplied chemically adulterated ghee worth ₹234 crore to TTD. The ED’s action also covers assets associated with Sri Vaishnavi Dairy. The investigation is focused on the alleged irregularities in the supply of ghee used for preparing the temple’s prasadam.
