Kamala, a devotee from the city, donated two gold coral necklaces estimated to be worth around Rs 25 lakh. The offering was made on Thursday as a gesture of devotion to Lord Venkateswara, popularly revered as the presiding deity of Tirumala.
Kamala presented the two necklaces at the Ranganayakula Mandapam inside the Srivari temple in the presence of her family members. The jewellery was received by TTD Additional Executive Officer CH Venkaiah Chowdary.
