Demand for Z+ Security for Premanand Maharaj

A demand has been made to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to provide Z+ security to Vrindavan-based spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj. Dinesh Falahari, president of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas, submitted a letter expressing concerns over the saint’s safety and sought an inquiry into activities linked to the ashram. He claimed that differences had emerged between two groups of followers, with one group associated with spiritual practices and another allegedly involved in property-related activities. The letter also sought an investigation into properties linked to people associated with the ashram.

Falahari further requested that CCTV footage from the ashram be preserved and that sevadars undergo police verification. The letter also contains allegations concerning children staying at the ashram and a possible kidney theft network. However, these claims have not been independently or officially confirmed. The demand for enhanced security comes amid continuing scrutiny of the ashram’s internal affairs, while authorities have yet to publicly establish the allegations made in the letter.
