Delhi HC Issues Notice to Kavitha

The Delhi High Court has issued notices to Telangana Rakshana Sena president Kavitha in connection with a case involving The Pioneer newspaper. The court has directed her not to make defamatory allegations against the publication. The matter concerns remarks and allegations made against the newspaper.

Along with Kavitha, the court has also imposed restrictions on 14 other journalists, YouTube channels and digital platforms in connection with the case. The court’s directions are aimed at preventing further defamatory allegations against The Pioneer while the matter is under consideration.
