Degree and PG Colleges Shut Across Telangana Today

Private degree and postgraduate college managements across Telangana have called for a shutdown today, demanding the immediate release of pending fee reimbursement dues. The Telangana Private PG and Degree Management Association said large-scale arrears have placed a financial burden on colleges and urged the state government to clear the outstanding payments without further delay.

The association warned that it would launch an indefinite strike if the government failed to respond to their demands. The protest is expected to affect academic activities at private degree and postgraduate colleges across the state. The managements have called on the government to take immediate steps to resolve the issue.
