At least 40 people were killed after a passenger bus plunged into a ravine in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The accident occurred near Dan Sar, close to the Balochistan border, when the bus reportedly lost control and fell into a deep valley. Rescue teams rushed to the spot and launched emergency operations, while several injured passengers were shifted to nearby hospitals.
According to preliminary reports, the bus had taken additional passengers after another vehicle suffered a breakdown, resulting in overcrowding. Authorities have initiated an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident, while rescue and relief operations continue at the crash site.
