

Endowments Minister Konda Surekha stated that the state government is giving top priority to the development of education and healthcare sectors. She inaugurated the Skill Plus Computer Training Centre at CKM Government Arts and Science College in Warangal, established with support from Deshpande Foundation and donors at a cost of Rs 25 lakh. The event was attended by Collector Satya Sharada and GWMC Commissioner T. Venkanna. The minister said the government aims to improve youth skills and create better employment opportunities.
Earlier, the minister and officials planted saplings on the college premises. Later, as part of National Deworming Day, they distributed deworming tablets to students at Nehru Memorial School in Warangal. Albendazole tablets were also provided to students at Parvathagiri MPPS School under the supervision of school authorities. Officials highlighted the importance of such initiatives for protecting children’s health.
