The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has issued a notification for another phase of land pooling in Amaravati. The process has been initiated to pool land in Motadaka village of Tadikonda mandal. According to the CRDA, the land will be used for infrastructure projects, including the Inner Ring Road and railway line. A total of 2,344.12 acres have been identified in Motadaka for the process.
Of the total land identified, 1,654.259 acres are patta lands, while the remaining land has been classified as government land by the CRDA. Officials said the land pooling is part of efforts to accelerate infrastructure development in the Amaravati capital region. The next steps will be taken in accordance with the notification.
