CPI Issues Strong Warning to Congress

CPI Telangana State Secretary and MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao made strong remarks against alliance partner Congress, warning the party against undermining or insulting the CPI. He said the Left party has remained committed to the alliance but would not tolerate disrespect from its political partner.

Kunamneni stated that underestimating the CPI would have political consequences and warned that no one would be able to protect those who insult the party. He also said the CPI is prepared to contest the Pinapaka Assembly constituency in the next elections if necessary, signalling a tougher political stand within the alliance.
