CP Sajjanar’s Key Announcement on KBR One Way Traffic...

The one-way traffic system around KBR Park came into effect from Tuesday, August 18. However, motorists unfamiliar with the new system faced difficulties, leading to heavy traffic jams at several locations and delays in reaching their destinations. Hyderabad Police Commissioner Sajjanar said traffic issues were noticed at Road No. 45, Agrasen and Venkateshwara Nagar during peak hours.

Sajjanar said more than 500 personnel were deployed to monitor traffic, while special drones were also used for surveillance. He said additional signboards would be installed at some locations and urged motorists to follow the traffic advisory. The CP assured that the difficulties would be addressed within two to three days and appealed to the public to cooperate with the traffic police.
