CMC Commissioner Srijana Issues Key Orders on Illegal Constructions

Hyderabad CMC Commissioner Srijana has directed officials to take strict action against unauthorised buildings being constructed in violation of regulations within the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation limits. Officials have been instructed to identify constructions without proper permissions and initiate demolition proceedings as per the rules. Field-level monitoring of building activity has also been emphasised.

The commissioner directed officials to initiate demolition action if a building constructed on a plot measuring less than 75 square yards exceeds the permitted height of 7 metres. She made it clear that violations of building regulations would not be tolerated and instructed officials to identify unauthorised constructions at an early stage and take prompt action.
