

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is scheduled to visit Rajanna Sircilla district on September 30 and address a public meeting near the Ragudu bypass. The visit will include the launch and foundation-laying of several development works, with a focus on education, infrastructure, women’s empowerment and the welfare of handloom and powerloom workers. Preparations for the public meeting are currently underway.
The Chief Minister is also expected to take part in programmes covering Sircilla and Vemulawada. Development of the Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy Temple in Vemulawada is among the key projects in the district; the state government sanctioned an additional Rs. 99.40 crore for the temple’s development in July, taking the total funds released to Rs. 249.40 crore. The visit is also expected to focus on educational and administrative infrastructure in the district.
