

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu continued his second-day tour of Kuppam by participating in several development and healthcare initiatives. He inaugurated the newly established CT Scan and Dialysis Centres at the Kuppam Area Hospital and reviewed the quality of medical services. Officials informed him that the CT Scan facility has the capacity to examine 30 to 40 patients daily. During his visit, the Chief Minister also inspected the hospital premises and instructed officials to immediately clear accumulated waste and maintain proper sanitation.
Naidu emphasized the importance of data integration under the Sanjeevani healthcare project and directed officials to fully digitize patient health records. He reviewed the dialysis ward, where officials informed him that patients from neighbouring states also visit the hospital for treatment. The Chief Minister also inspected the Panchatatva-themed walking track, inaugurated the Swarna Kuppam–Swachh Kuppam entrance arch, visited an exhibition on healthcare innovations, directed police to intensify action against drugs and ganja, and appreciated a student who developed a device to provide instant alerts to doctors during road accidents.
